April 2007 - Brelani Custom Homes installed the first BRAC
System in Dallas, the 5th in the state of Texas. This System allow
showers and washing machine water to be recycled back to the toilets,
and in some cases for irrigating yards.

March 2007 - Paul caught a 91 Striped Marlin.
March 2007 - Brelani Custom Homes was chosen to Build the 2007
BUILDING SAVVY Magazine IDEA Home. This home is “Green” and will be
open to all builders in August. It will be exclusively featured in the
September issue.
January 2007 - Brelani Custom Homes was chosen to Build an
Architect's personal home.

October 2006 - Paul Seago attends the first class offered by the
NAHB. Green Building for Building Professionals along with
approximately 20 other Homebuilder’s around the country.
COMMUNITY
March 2007 - Brelani Custom homes
donated a home at 4225 Sexton to Helping Hands and Home Aid. The home
was disassembled and virtually everything was salvaged to build a
woman’s shelter and orphanage. The carpets, electrical and plumbing
fixtures, wiring, garage doors, interior and exterior doors and
windows, cabinets, lumber, sinks, stair railing, trim work, fireplace,
and much more.
