Why Does
Brelani Build Homes?
There is more to a home than the 5 C's - color, carpet, cabinets, countertops and community. When looking at a
new home, these
things are important, structure being the most important. We provide our customers with fine amenities
in the home of their dreams, constructing energy efficient homes
that are hurricane clipped when framed. We feel going beyond code on every home sets BRELANI
apart.
-
Types of Homes We Build. We pride ourselves
on being able to construct a "green" standard wood frame, steel or hybrid home. A hybrid home is typically made of
two or more structural products. Example: Steel
load bearing walls and wood rafters.
Energy Efficient Homes.
The cost of initial construction will save you money down the
road. BRELANI builds highly energy efficient homes using Techshield
on the roofs, and foam insulation in the walls for the highest R
value. If someone told you that by investing $2,500 now, you
could receive $100 per month forever, would you do it? It sounds
like a no brainer, right? Well using foam insulation on your home
can save you upwards of $100 month on your electric bill. Figure
the cost over 30 years, that's a lot of money!
